THE VALUE OF YOUR RIGHT OF USE

References for a proposal in development, pending confirmation for the final 30-villa project. They do not constitute a contractual offer or include a final calculation of taxes or maintenance fees. The period from 18 December to 10 January and weeks reserved for artists or the festival require a specific calendar. The final total price, expenses and services will be communicated before contracting. Only information requests are currently collected, without payment or reservation.

Request the terms of use and enjoyment

IF YOU DO NOT USE YOUR PERIOD

You choose to enjoy it.
You can also entrust it to rental management.

Once the right is activated, you may make any period you will not use available to Live Art House / IAP for rental to third parties, under the contract.

70 %

For the rights holder

Share of rental income actually collected for their period.

30 %

For Live Art House / IAP

For commercial and operational rental management, within the agreed scope.

Management that looks after the stay.

The proposal entrusts Live Art House / IAP with coordinating accommodation preparation and equipment, guest readiness, marketing, bookings, guest care and operations. The contract will specify which services the 30% covers and which expenses, if any, are settled separately.

The holder releases their period; management markets the available dates and settles collected rents with an itemised account of bookings, income, cancellations and charges.

See an example of the 70/30 split

If the released period generates €6,000 in rental income actually collected, the split would be:

ItemAmount
Rental income collected for the period€6,000
Holder · 70%€4,200
Management · 30%€1,800

An arithmetic example, not an occupancy or rate forecast or a promise of annual income. The €4,200 is a gross share after the split, before taxes and any other expenses payable under the contract. The settlement basis and treatment of taxes, platform commissions, cleaning, utilities and cancellations will be expressly specified.

Income depends on actual rentals and collections: it may be zero if the period is not rented. The right is offered for holiday use and cultural enjoyment; it is not marketed as an investment and neither recovery of the price nor a return is guaranteed.

DMG FOUNDATION · OUR PURPOSE

Art and culture
for a better world.

A project seeking to create value for those who enjoy it and for the people who make it possible.

01

Opportunities that begin close to home.

The project envisages a team of women from the local area, with training and employment opportunities for women and benefits for local families. Training, collaboration and local suppliers are part of El Paso's commitment.

Woman Experiences, linked to the founder's career, maintains a collaboration with UN Women. This relationship concerns its agreed initiatives and does not constitute a specific endorsement of El Paso.

THE FOUNDER'S JOURNEY

Alfonso Durán.

A NATIVE OF MARIANA, CUENCA
FOUNDER OF EL PASO
LIVE ART HOUSE · PRESIDENT OF DMG FOUNDATION

Entrepreneurial vision, international artistic management and culture with a social purpose.

Alfonso Durán's career begins in finance and business and evolves into managing artistic careers, cultural production and developing sensory experiences. His journey connects management skills with a conviction: art can open conversations, bring cultures closer and create opportunities.

El Paso brings that experience to Mariana, his hometown: a project where artistic heritage, contemporary creation, nature and the local economy share a common purpose.

Discover Alfonso Durán · His journey

From finance to cultural enterprise

His early steps in finance and business provide a foundation in management, negotiation and project development. That experience becomes the starting point for his work as an entrepreneur and cultural producer.

General Manager of international artists

His career continues in managing internationally recognised artists, coordinating teams, production, tours and market development. This stage builds the experience needed to turn an artistic vision into projects that can travel and connect with diverse audiences.

DMG Foundation: art as a universal language

The creation of Dancing for the Millennium Goals consolidates a social vocation: contributing to the sustainable development of people and communities through art and culture. Its journey includes initiatives linked to the Universal Forum of Cultures and dialogue between cultural institutions, education and development.

The relationships documented by DMG include the Spanish Federation of UNESCO Centres and Clubs (FECU) and the agreement with Scholas Occurrentes, promoted by Pope Francis. The signing at the Vatican in Rome establishes a collaboration to support Scholas Arts and cultivate encounter and diversity through art. DMG's website dates the agreement to 29 May 2016.

Goya: a critical gaze that travels

The foundation develops the international circulation of “Goya and His Social Criticism”, with Los Caprichos as a central reference. The exhibition turns Goya's gaze into an invitation to reflect on society and its values, in dialogue with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Mexico and Frida Kahlo: identity and equality

The period in Mexico opens a new chapter: Frida Kahlo as a reference for women's identity, resilience and freedom. Woman Experiences develops this language through sensory experiences that combine artistic creation, emotion and a social purpose.

Woman Experiences and UN Women

September 2023 · United Nations Headquarters, New York. The signing and presentation of Woman Experiences in this institutional setting mark a milestone in his career: bringing equality and women's empowerment to audiences through artistic language.

The collaboration with UN Women on gender equality accompanies this journey. Woman Experiences has developed cultural and sensory experiences with international reach, with a presence in Tulum, Madrid, London and Valencia.

Video supplied by Alfonso Durán · “Together for a Future Without Violence”, with references to PVBLIC Foundation and UN Women. This video relates to a different gathering from the September 2023 milestone.

Art thus becomes a way to bring equality, diversity and women's empowerment to audiences. The collaboration is limited to the initiatives agreed with UN Women.

El Paso: returning to our roots to create a future

In Mariana, this journey comes together in El Paso. The collection made available by DMG Foundation to Casa Matria, artist residencies and the cultural life proposal connect his international experience with a commitment to the area, local employment and a sustainable economy.

Register your interest to learn about El Paso's development and its ten-year enjoyment proposal.

An information request, without purchase commitment or payment.

What does the ten-year proposal include?

The dossier reference is one month of annual use for ten years, with seasonal pricing and three weeks in the August option. Accommodation, calendar, cultural services, fees and booking rules will be specified before contracting. If you do not use your period, you may entrust it to management for rental to third parties under the agreed terms.

When will El Paso open?

The project is in development. Opening will depend on approvals, financing and completion of the works. No contractual opening date is offered yet.
